We only offer returns/exchanges on items that are in the same condition as they were received. If you wish to make an exchange or a return, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return your item(s). It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost. 

Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are non refundable.

Please follow the tips below to prolong the life of our Doox & Moom pieces

Avoid contact with any chemical liquids, make-up, hand cream and fake tan

Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising and sleeping

Gently clean your pieces with a soft jewellery cloth or rinse your pieces in warm water, soak for no longer than one minute

Keep your pieces stored in a safe place, above anything that could mis shape/crush them
